Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users your organization invites.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed per location on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Trials convert to paid plans only when you choose to subscribe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Tomaitre. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the service for you.

AI output

Mait produces drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it, especially for food safety, labor, and compliance content.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other customers. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
