Who we are

Tomaitre provides an operating platform for hospitality businesses. When your employer uses Tomaitre, they are the controller of your workplace data and we process it on their behalf.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo, job title, and workplace.
• Operational data you enter: schedules, checklists, reports, documents, messages, and guest or vendor records.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and usage events used to secure and improve the service.
• Third-party data from integrations you connect, such as point-of-sale sales totals or calendar events.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and support the platform.
• To power AI features such as Mait, grounded in your organization's own content.
• To communicate about service changes, security notices, and support requests.
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

AI processing

Mait processes the content you submit to generate answers and drafts. We do not sell your data and we do not use your organization's private content to train third-party foundation models.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host, secure, and support the platform, with integrations you explicitly connect, and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your organization maintains an account, plus any period required for legal or audit purposes. Administrators can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
