For team members

Your workplace. Your Tomaitre.

Your employer runs on Tomaitre. When they invite you, you get access to their workspace — usually branded as their business — and you get your own Tomaitre account underneath it.

Your Tomaitre identity

One account, belonging to you. Your name, contact details and profile stay yours under the applicable account and privacy rules — you do not create a new account for each employer.

Your organization membership

An invitation grants your account access to one employer's workspace. One person can be a member of more than one organization without duplicate accounts.

Your employer's records

Schedules, documents, SOPs, internal messages, payroll, guest and financial information belong to the organization. They stay with the organization.

What happens when you leave a job

When your membership of an organization ends, your access to that workspace ends with it. You do not keep the employer's documents, internal communications, schedules, SOPs, payroll records, guest information, financial information or permissions. Your Tomaitre account itself continues to exist independently. Records an employer created about your employment remain that organization's records.

What you'll actually use

Exactly which of these appear depends on the modules your employer has turned on.

  • Your schedule and shift information, where your employer uses scheduling.
  • Tasks, checklists and daily briefings for your role.
  • Training assigned to you, with your completions recorded.
  • Team messaging and announcements.
  • Documents and standards your employer has published to you.
